Busy day at the Sunshine Cafe at Malabar Community Centre this coming Wednesday 6th December.

- We have our excellent free strength, balance and coordination class from 11am - 12pm.

- Hot, fresh, tasty and healthy soup served at 12pm.

- Christmas wreath making workshop from 1pm - 3pm.

These activities are free, as well as the teas, coffees and soup!

No need to book for anything, just turn up.

Truro Community Football Sessions are back in Rosedale!

FREE fun-based football games and activities for young people aged 5 – 15 are taking place at Rosedale between 10 am and 3pm on Wednesday 2nd August.
The session, which is being held at Rosedale Playing Field, Rosedale Road, TR1 3RY, will deliver high-quality coaching with fully qualified, insured, DBS checked coaches.
Booking is essential so please get in touch with Martyn on the details below to book a place.
As well as the sporting activities, the event will feature input from Together for Families, Young People Cornwall, Neighbourhood Policing and Truro Safe, to provide a more holistic experience for those involved.

There are also other sessions taking place throughout August:
Wednesday 9th August – Trelander Playing Field, Trelander, Truro, TR1 1PE
Wednesday 16th August – Flat Field, Cornish Crescent, Malabar, Truro, TR1 3PF
Wednesday 23rd August – Rosedale Playing Field, Rosedale, Truro, TR1 3RY
Wednesday 30th August – Trelander Playing Field, Trelander, Truro, TR1 1PE

Spaces are limited to 30 participants at each session so you will need to book in advance.
