Devoran Village Hall

Devoran Village Hall Devoran Village Hall is a Charity run by volunteers, with no external funding. In 2015 we received some much needed funding for it refurbishment.

Devoran Village Hall was originally constructed by the Redruth and Chasewater Railway Company as workshop to support their new steam railway. Devoran Village Hall is a detached building at the southern edge of the centre of Devoran. The English Heritage listing entry for the building provides the following location Grid Reference: SW7942839044. For many years, the hall has been at the heart of the

community – providing a space for local cubs and societies, parties, music, markets and community events. The committee have worked tirelessly to raise money and organise a facelift to the building which was in desperate need to repair. We are delighted that some of the work is now complete and we look forward to the community enjoying the space for many years to come, while fund raising continues to further improve the facilities. Devoran Village Hall as a small chatity does not receive any external funding. With ever increasing overheads it is becoming hard each year to raise sufficient funds for on going maintenance.
