Dolly never took herself too seriously, so we reckon celebrating her life with a bit of joy and laughter is for us the right way to do it. 🌟

A few years ago, the CHAOS team took starring roles in this funny little film for Katy’s 40th birthday to celebrate her lifelong love of Dolly. Lots of us grew up on her anthems, her sparkle, and her brilliant sense of humour and we definitely channelled that energy here!

From unforgettable songs to an even bigger heart, Dolly showed us all how to live with kindness, wit, and grace. She left the world far brighter than she found it. Feel free to share the love.

Rest in peace, Dolly. We will always love you. ❤️✨

From lively induction days and road trips to Launceston, right through to guinea pig cuddles at St Erme... who knew Health & Social Care looked quite like this?

Life at Stayathome is never one-size-fits-all. One day we’re welcoming a room full of brilliant new faces for interactive training and watch new friendships form over the tea urn. The next, our team is out on the road meeting folks locally for a relaxed cuppa, a slice of cake, and a proper chat about what being a Reablement Assistant is all about.

And tucked away in our sensory garden at St Erme? Our newest little recruits, the guinea pigs who are already settling into their hutches, ready to bring smiles and gentle animal therapy to our day services and residents.

It’s hands-on, heart-led, and always rooted in real community.

£3,500 raised for the Gorran Quay fund! 🎉

An evening packed with music, dancing, and fun turned into a brilliant showcase of true community spirit.

Huge thanks to the The Tregony Teachers, One For The Road, OFF QUAY, Johnny Ringo And The Cowboys, the know and the Harbour team, all the locals and visitors who joined the fun.

Lastly our superstar young Roc team and mentors from The Llawnroc Gorran Haven for their hard work behind the scenes!

We're open 7 days a week, so if you haven’t popped into The Llawnroc lately, come grab a coffee and cake or catch some of the brilliant local bands and singers we host regularly!

We're proud to be supporting Cornwall Pride at Truro Pride 2026.

Pride has always been more than a celebration. It began as a movement for equality, and this year Cornwall Pride is returning to those roots by beginning the day with a peaceful Solidarity March.

Across the UK, many LGBTQ+ people and other marginalised communities are experiencing increasing hostility. This march is an opportunity for people across Cornwall to come together and send a simple message:

Everyone deserves to live safely, openly and with dignity.

Because when any community is targeted by hate, we stand together rather than stand by.

Following the march, Truro Pride will continue in Lemon Quay with a full programme of entertainment, community stalls and celebration.
