Coming up at Trowse Manor Rooms on Tuesday 26 May. If you have ever been concerned about staying safe on the internet, this talk is for you. Expert in Cyber Safety, Chris Bales is coming to the Manor Rooms to talk about all aspects, so bring your questions and concerns. The talk is free and there will be a cafe for refreshments. Please tell your neighbours as not everyone is on Facebook - all are welcome. Doors open at 10.30am, talk at 11am and café from 10.30am-3pm

The new year is getting underway with plenty of bookings at Trowse Manor Rooms, and we have a new booking system so you can check availability before booking. Click on a date, fill in a few details and we can quickly let you know if your booking is approved. Of course you can come and see the hall and have a chat about what you want to do. There are regular classes of Pilates and Yoga, Karate, Baby and Toddler as well as monthly painting classes. We have special rates for parties, both children and families, daytime and evening, as well as a rate for Trowse Community Groups. Have a look at the website

Thanks to all those that bought tickets for the 50/50 raffle at the Manor Rooms on Friday night at the switch-on.

The prize pot was £40 and has been claimed by the lucky winner! The remaining £40 goes to support the Manor Rooms.

But thank you for buying a ticket and next time it could be you!

And next week we have a free festive family activity - paint your own Christmas decoration, all materials supplied. The popup tearoom will be open so the adults can chat whilst the children paint - though adults welcome to paint a decoration.

Trowse Christmas Lights Switch-on is coming up on Friday 5 December from 5pm. Santa will be there of course, at the Trowse Manor Rooms so bring him your Christmas letter and swap it for a little early Christmas gift. Craft stalls, mince pies, sausage rolls, mulled wine and more

The only drizzle we will have to put up with tomorrow is the lemon kind - thanks to our volunteers, the Manor Rooms will be full of cakes, scones with jam and cream, cheese scones, home-made sausage, veg and vegan rolls and tea and coffee enough to sink a battleship.
