We’re right up for another Team Talk Thursday and this week we’re excited to introduce… Louise! 👋💙

Louise is one of our wonderful day carers and has been part of the Goodson Lodge family for 4 years 🏡💫. Before joining us, she worked at Palma Gardens Café ☕🍰

Louise is known for her outgoing personality and always brings great energy to the team 😄🎉. In her spare time, she loves dog walking 🐕, going on holiday 🌴✈️, and enjoying her favourite guilty treats – chocolate 🍫 and a pint of Stella 🍺

What a fantastic way to celebrate the halfway point of the week! Our afternoon was filled with music, smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of guitar magic 😊✨

A huge thank you to the Trowbridge
U3A Guitar Group for bringing such wonderful energy and entertainment to Goodson Lodge this afternoon. From toe-tapping rhythms to a fantastic sing-along medley featuring some much-loved Beatles classics, there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🎵👏🎤

It was wonderful to see residents singing along, tapping their feet, and sharing so many happy moments together. Music truly has a special way of bringing people together and brightening the day. ❤️🎸

Thank you again to the talented guitar group for helping us continue the week on such a high note! 🌟

It’s time for a little midweek inspiration and a gentle reminder to slow down and appreciate each day. 💛

🌍🌸 Happy World Environment Day! 🌸🌍

Starting this Friday - 5th June, we’re delighted to be taking part in the Trowbridge Flower Festival Trail, courtesy of the Trowbridge Chamber. 💐✨

Our beautiful flower arrangements, lovingly created earlier this week in delicate china bone teacups ☕🌺, are now proudly on display outside the Roast & Toast

If you’re in town, be sure to stop by and admire our display, along with the many other stunning floral creations dotted around the town centre. 🌷🌼🌻

The trail will continue until the end of August, with both printed and digital trail maps available to guide visitors on a floral safari around Trowbridge. 🗺️🌸 It’s the perfect opportunity to explore the town, support local businesses, and discover plenty of fun, colourful, and Instagrammable displays along the way! 📸✨

What a beautiful way to welcome the month of June and the start of a brand-new week! 💕 Today, our talented florist Janet brought a touch of elegance and creativity to Goodson Lodge with a flower arranging session that was a little bit different from the usual. 🌷✨

Instead of traditional vases, we created stunning floral displays in delicate china bone teacups! ☕🌹 Fancy, charming, and perfectly fitting for the exciting theme we’re preparing for…

🎩🐇 Our upcoming Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! 🫖💐

These whimsical creations have certainly helped set the scene, and if today’s arrangements are anything to go by, our tea party is going to be wonderfully wacky! 🤪🎉 Keep your eyes peeled for more updates over the coming weeks as we get ready for a truly unforgettable event.
