AGM – WE NEED YOU!
Tuesday 13th, 9am, School Hall

Our PTA helps make all those lovely extras happen for our children, but we need YOU to help keep it going!

At every AGM, our current officers stand down and we elect the team for the year ahead.

There are LOTS of ways to get involved, and there is genuinely NO PRESSURE to take on a big role:

1. Become an Officer
Chair, Secretary or Treasurer. You’ll need to be nominated and seconded. Interested? Email us for more info: [email protected]
Or send us a FB message.

2. Join the PTA Team
Come along to meetings, help plan events and get involved as much or as little as you like.

3. Be an Event Helper
Go on our helper list and we’ll contact you when we need an extra pair of hands. No commitment, no organising, just help when you can!

4. JUST COME TO THE AGM!
Even if you can’t do any of the above, please come along anyway. We need people there to vote in the officers for the year ahead.

Our current Chair and Treasurer/Secretary are happy to continue for another year, but they’re also very happy for someone else to step forward!

So please, please come.
You don’t have to join the PTA. You don’t have to volunteer. You don’t have to commit to anything.

We just need you there. 😊

Let’s keep our little PTFA going and make sure we can continue putting on the events and extras our children enjoy!

See you Tuesday at 9am!

Please come along to our AGM 😊 you can come straight into the hall after drop off and have a drink and a chat while we wait for everyone to arrive.

And don’t worry, coming along to the AGM doesn’t mean you’re signing up to be part of the FOWs. It’s just a lovely way to show your support for us and everything we do for the school and children.

We would really love to see you there! 😊

Behind the Scenes with FOWS 🌸

It’s not always about fundraising! There’s plenty happening behind the scenes to support and enhance school life for our children.

Right now, we’re busy cutting out hearts and flowers from the children’s artwork, ready for a creative art project coming up next term. 🎨✂️

💚 LOOK WHAT WE’VE ACHIEVED TOGETHER! 💚

What a year it’s been! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of our school families, children, staff and wider community, we’ve raised a fantastic £1,808.26 during the 2025–2026 school year! 🥳👏

From discos and raffles to our Christmas Fair, Fun Run, End of Year Disco and Parents’ Lotto, every event, donation and bit of support has helped us raise funds to make a real difference to our school. 💰✨

But where does it all go? 👀
This year, £541.10 has already been spent supporting our children, including school trips, art supplies, World Cup competitions, Leavers’ Hoodies, Christmas gifts for every child and Christmas dinner decorations. 📚🎨🎄

We’re especially excited to be putting a large portion of the funds towards new books for the school library, as well as supporting additional school trips next year. 📚❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported FOWs this year. Whether you came along to an event, bought a raffle ticket, donated, volunteered your time, joined the Parents’ Lotto or simply encouraged us along the way, this total belongs to all of us. 🙌
Here’s to another brilliant year of fundraising and making great things happen for our children! 🌟

🌟 Wow, what a fantastic morning! 🌟

It was wonderful to see all the children taking part in the Fun Run and having such a great time. They all did an amazing job, and we're so proud of every single one of them! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The water pistols and water balls were a huge hit, and the children absolutely loved cooling down under the hose at the end. It was the perfect way to finish such a fun event! 💦☀️

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers and helpers who made the event possible. We couldn't do it without you! 💙

Just a reminder to please return all sponsorship money before the end of term.

Thank you, everyone, for your amazing support! 🎉
