Hey everyone and welcome to the Alcohol Free Club.

My name is Jamie and I have now been alcohol free for 18 months 👍

I'll post a longer story about my 'Why I quit the booze' another day as I am currently in the gym whilst composing this.

Anyway, I wanted to create a forum where we can all share stories, offer support and tips to help anyone who needs it 💪
