On Holocaust Remembrance Day we gathered at the Troon Cenotaph to remember all those who died in The Holocaust and more recent genocides.
We were joined by the four Captains from Marr College who planted a wreath in honour of those who lost their lives. We discussed that as time passes the distance grows and memory of these events must not be allowed to fade. A reminder that the responsibility of remembrance doesn't end with the survivors - it lives on through their children, their grandchildren and through all of us.
