On Friday evening we welcomed Rachel with her Tropic stall providing luxurious additive free vegan skincare products and sample facials and hand massages. Rachel will be a regular at the Centre and she also takes bookings for massages at her lovely therapy room in Kesgrave as well as Tropic pamper parties. So Thankyou and welcome aboard, Rachel!
We had a fascinating and informative talk from Adrienne on Egyptian Amulets.
And finally, may we all send get well wishes to many of our regular stall holders and readers who sadly were unwell.

A huge shoutout to all who came and supported the Centre last night; to our regular stall holders, healers and readers who give their time, effort and skill; to Christine for her wonderful cakes as always, and to Christine Clarke for doing the main demo and bringing messages of love and comfort from those in Spirit 💕

A few brave souls ventured out in the rain and the dark last night to support the Centre. Special thanks to Nathan Horne for some lovely messages of love, light and guidance.
Don’t forgot- next Friday 13th is Shamanic Drumming and the next Spiritual Awareness Centre is 6th March 🙏🏼

IMPORTANT NOTICE: for all those who are meeting at The Grosvenor tomorrow at 3pm- Rob has asked me to let you know that unfortunately he cannot attend as he and Bev are both unwell with chest infections. He does not wish to cancel or rearrange so it’s still going ahead. He will be missed, but I’m sure we’ll all send some healing their way and wish them both a speedy recovery! ❤️‍🩹

We are so grateful to our regular stall holders, healers, readers and mediums who give their time and energy each month in order to raise money for charitable causes.
Special thanks to Toni for stepping in and giving a talk on Akashic Records, to all those who help set up and put away, and to Christine for always bringing delicious homemade cakes and for tirelessly washing up and cleaning the kitchen! 🙌🙏🏼🫶🏼💕

What a night! 🎉
It was an absolute honour to be able to donate a cheque for £500 to The Butterfly Appeal at Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals.
Thanks to all our faithful supporters who come every month, or whenever they can, and help keep the centre going. It’s because of the money you ALL donate that the centre is able to do such wonderful acts of generosity of the years. A huge shout out to our dedicated group of stall holders, readers, mediums and healers who give up their time each month to contribute; it couldn’t run without you!
