Trimdon Grange Banner Association was set up to advance the education of the residents of Trimdon Grange and the surrounding villages of the mining heritage of our area

We will gather to remember the 74 men and boys who tragically lost their lives in the Trimdon Grange pit disaster of 1882.

The Trimdon Grange Banner Group will be joined by Rev David Lucas on:

Sunday 15th February
1:00pm

A wreath will be laid at the old Trimdon Village Cemetery, located heading out towards Hurworth Burn.

Members of the public are warmly invited to attend and pay their respects.

Let us come together as a community to honour and remember those who were lost.
