The Taff Bargoed Development Trust has two large offices to let at its centre (climbing centre). Both offices command 400 square feet that can be used for administration, retail, storage, conferencing, etc.

The offices are fully furnished and contain tables, chairs, work desks, pedestals and bookshelves. There is also an interactive whiteboard that is ideal for training. Catering is available onsite and a toilet located on the ground floor.

The Taff Bargoed Development Trust has an industrial unit to let at the climbing centre in Trelewis. The unit lends itself to a variety of uses due to housing two sections of workshop and two offices located on the 1st floor.
