Don't Pay to Claim!
Did you know you should never have to pay someone to help you claim benefits?
Many benefits can be claimed directly through official government services at no cost. If you need support with an application, there are also trusted organisations that can offer free advice and guidance.
At Merthyr Valleys Homes, our Money Advice Team is here to help. Whether you're applying for benefits for the first time, or you're unsure what you may be entitled to, the team can provide advice to support you through the process.
Before paying anyone to make a claim on your behalf, check whether free help is available.
