Schools, churches, businesses and individuals donate non-perishable, in-date food to the Foodbank. From cartons of long life milk to tins of fruit or meat & fish. Donations can be accepted at collection points in local churches or stores, including at Waitrose and Tesco Supermarkets. Alternatively they can be brought direct to the Foodbank during our opening hours. Crisis
Every day people in this
country face impossible choices around money (or lack of it) which result in them going hungry, and missing meals. When this happens to anyone living in Towcester or surrounding villages we are here to help. People who find themselves in need can pick up a food parcel during our opening hours or can contact us outside of these times on 07927 275168 to request an emergency food parcel. Towcester Foodbank's volunteers work with local referral partners to provide a minimum of three days emergency food to support people in our community through periods of difficulty. Unfortunately we can only deliver in very exceptional circumstances and this is not guaranteed. As part of The Trussell Trust our aim at Towcester Foodbank is to end food poverty in NN12 and across the UK. Foodbanks should not be needed but for as long as we are then we will be here to help.
