English Riviera Airshow 2026 successfully wrapped up once again for another year! The cadets represented their squadrons with their usual vigour, enthusiasm and professionalism and it was fantastic to work alongside the sea cadets; you’ve done us all proud. We are already looking forward to next year’s show! We even had a visit from Dave, the RAF Typhoon Display Team mascot!

We at 421 (Totnes) Squadron wish our cadet the best of luck as they tackle the Ten Tors Challenge and represent our squadron this weekend. They have been training long and hard for this moment and we are proud of their achievement.

Also best of luck to all taking part in the Ten Tors Challenge this year.

The Ten Tors Challenge is attempted by 2,400 teenagers in 400 teams of six. The teams navigate routes of 35, 45 or 55 miles (depending on age) over the Northern half of Dartmoor, visiting ten nominated tors / check points in under two days. Teams must be self-sufficient, carrying all that they need to complete their route and stay out overnight safely.

Ten Tors is an annual challenge to the teenagers of the South West of England, hosted on Dartmoor - 400 Teams of six take on hikes of up to 55 miles over a single weekend in May
