BOVEY TRACEY UNVEILING PARADE

Bovey Tracey detachment took part in a parade this evening to commence the unveiling of a plaque that represented the men and women of Bovey Tracey who died in the war.

The cadets marched proudly and smartly as SMI Bartlett took the parade and SSI Balsom played the bugle. Great effort and turn out this evening, the cadets and instructors took time out from their summer holidays to attend the parade. Well done to all.

7 new roads in one of the new housing estates in Bovey Tracey is named after 7 different men who died in the war. What a great way to remember them and their service by.

LAST DAY!

Yesterday marked the full last day of camp:( The cadets had a day full of sports, March and Shoot and drill competitions. They have worked tremendously hard over the past two weeks and their enthusiasm and energy has impressed us and made us all proud.

A huge well done to all of the cadets and CFAV’s as we took home these awards, just goes to show the hard work paid off:
