Thank you so much, everyone that so kindly donated plants for our new growing beds 🙏🤩💚 we were given so many that we decided to build another two beds! We now have lots of lovely perennial veg in the Hugelkultur bed, and lots of natural diet plant seed stone for the dye bed and herb set aside for the Mediterranean bed too. So big thanks go to Jenny Thompson, Ruth Walker, Catherine Munro, Alison Wilson, Jane & Simon Smith, Josh Zara, Roberta Bishop & Natalie Torr 🙏🙏🙏🤩🤩🤩

Creative Cob sculpture Workshop 6th & 7th June…. come and learn how to make cob (an ancient building material using clay sand and straw) in this very affordable workshop for adults and teens…we’ll be making a bench or a wall or a sculpture depending on what the group wants to make…led by cob artist Ellie Coles…. They will also be a chance for each person to make a Dorodango (a beautiful Japanese art for which involves making highly polished spheres of mud and clay from the site.) Message us for more details or to book your place…..just £30 for adults and £15 for teens

We are currently taking bookings for our Outdoor Fun School Holiday clubs programme.....The first one is in February half term, on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th Feb.

The theme for Wednesday’s session (18th Feb) is FIRE....we’ll be learning some proper bushcraft skills in different ways to light fire, how to make and cook Bannock Bread on the fire and doing some fun Pyrography...there’ll be games and group challenges, and a bit of adventuring in the woods....

The theme for Thursday’s session (19th Feb) is ‘SLINGSHOTS’.... we’ll help you to make your own slingshot out of wood and rubber...and then there’ll be target practice and a friendly competition, as well as games and campfire cooking

It’s for 13 - 18 year olds and costs just £10 per person per day!
