Just because you cant see something doesnt mean its not there
Abuse is real very real

And the more its talked about the futher the word goes that we are a nation who hate abusers, bullys and murderers .

And we will stand together to crack down on these monsters who live amongst us .

Today a meeting was held called operation ghost

This means our secret emergency service will be running in the next few days me sisi as decoy to go undercover in some of these behind closed doors cases to document the extent and fear of the world we live in .

There will be videos live footage and real people

Reconstructions of actual situations where people barely made it out alive and live to tell there storys .

Stay following for updates

Do you know what
Its ok not to be ok as chief executive and co founder of two units ive broke ive cried and ive faced some horrible situations .

This job has taught me so much that not every one or there situations are the same .

Pain, emotions feelings every ones different we are each our own .

Every single person has a purpose you just gotta find it and there will be hurdles and s**t to over come but you will get there .

There will be ups and downs breakdowns and outburst but no matter what all that is the start of something you can make different .

Your life is your life its what you make it so make it great make it the best you can .

And while your making it wave goodbye to the haters who ever judged hurt or upset you.

Every one is special and important just wish you would all see that better days for you are ahead and i am here if you need me to make this happen .

Noone should suffer alone just because mental health sometimes cant be seen it doesn't mean its not there.

The scary part is speaking about it the good part once spoken your silence is broken.

Noone knows you better then yourself so telling someone.

They learn to know you and help you the way we all will know how by what you tell us.
