Dates confirmed for Spinning Moon Silk 2027

Six days on Dartmoor, in circle with other women, in silence, in ceremony, and in solo time on the land.

This year's journey has just come to a close, and the depth of what unfolded there is hard to put into words.

We're opening bookings early for next year to allow more space for preparation, so each woman arrives ready for what this journey asks of her.

Monday 31 May - Sunday 6 June 2027

About Circlewise

Circlewise creates spaces where people can connect, slow down, listen deeply and feel a sense of belonging.

We use Way of Council - a simple but powerful practice of coming together in Circle, listening without judgement and speaking from our own experience. It creates space for everyone to be heard, and for genuine heart connection, understanding and opportunity for community to grow.

We work with young people and adults through circles, retreats, nature connection, wellbeing projects, trainings and community gatherings.
We also offer ‘rites of passage’ ceremonies - meaningful experiences in nature that support people through important transitions in life, helping us mark change, reflect on where we are in life, celebrate who we are becoming and honour our place within the community and the wider natural world.

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that connection matters…..to ourselves, to each other, to nature and to something bigger than us.

What a beautiful day!

We had the most wonderful, wonderful gathering for the Youth Festival - bringing together old friends and new, creating space to connect, listen and celebrate.
We sat in Circle, sang, danced, explored what young people really need in this area during our Youth Assembly, and listened to some truly amazing singers sharing their gifts. 🎶

There was delicious food and mocktails, yoga, sauna, whittling, singing bowl healing, plenty of inspiring conversations and, of course time gathered around the fire in good company.

It was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when we come together with openness, curiosity and a willingness to connect and listen.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared, supported, performed, facilitated and helped make the day so special.

We’re feeling very grateful. 💛

Here’s to more spaces where young people can connect, be heard, have fun and shape the future together.

Thank you to for the photos and to for their generous funding support.

Women’s Solo Fast 2027 - we have a date

Last month, we blew out the candle together and completed the 2026 Women’s Solo Fast, it was a wonderful week and the feedback from the women who took part blew us away. Thank you all!

They described the experience as breathtakingly transformational, unexpectedly powerful and deeply impactful

We’ve decided to share next year’s dates early and open bookings now to give us more time to offer a longer, deeper preparation process, supporting each woman to arrive ready for her solo and make the most of this powerful rite of passage.

🌑 Monday 31 May - Sunday 6 June 2027 🌑

The solo time will fall over the Dark Moon, and the dates also sit within the school half-term, making it more accessible (as requested) for women who need to participate during the holidays.
We will be offering just 10 places!

If this is something you’ve been feeling called towards, check your diary now and get in touch as soon as possible.

This is an invitation to listen deeply to what is calling from within. To step out of the fullness of life, into the wild, and into a deeper relationship with yourself and the natural world.

10 places. One week. A journey into the unknown.

DM us to find out more or to reserve your place.

Tomorrow is the day.

Join us for our Youth Festival & Assembly and enjoy an evening of live music, refreshing mocktails, relaxing sauna sessions, and a chance to meet new people.

There are still a few places available, so if you’ve been thinking about coming, now’s the time to book. Follow the link in our bio for more info.

Alongside solo vocalists we are delighted to have a band called HiddenCoves, an acoustic folk-pop duet known for their catchy melodies and reflective lyrics.

They write heartfelt songs about their experience of life and all the ups and downs. They come from a place of humanness and vulnerability.

Motivated by the stunning beaches, moors and coves of their Southwest UK Home, they hope to inspire their listeners and build a connection to last a lifetime.

The sauna sessions are influenced by a Lithuanian type of sauna experience called Pirtis. Pirtis uses natural products, and is commonly used not only to bathe, but also relax, rejuvenate, and help improve your health.

There will be sessions run where you are guided through three contrasting rounds of sauna heat and refreshing cold water showers. Along the way, you’ll nourish your skin with natural exfoliating salt rubs, refreshing orange slices, and honey, before finishing with an invigorating, traditional birch whisk form of massage.

These sessions will run throughout the day alongside times for a regular sauna.

We’re so excited that Harvey will be joining us, bringing his creativity and warmth to the drinks as well as sauna.

While this is an alcohol-free event, we’ve got a fantastic choice of drinks and treats to enjoy! There will be hand-crafted mocktails, including alcohol-free twists on classics like Mojitos and Piña Coladas, sold alongside a delicious selection of freshly made, home-cooked baked goods and pastries.

Whether you fancy something refreshing between activities or just want to sit and soak up the atmosphere with friends, Harvey has got you covered.
