Dear Friends, Trustees and members of ACE. As you will all be aware ACE has not met since Easter when ACE officially ceased to meet and all staff were made redundant. We need to hold an AGM to officially sign off the accounts and have a vote on finishing ACE and notify the Charity Commision accordingly.
An AGM will be held on Tuesday 18th November at Mecure Hotel Paignton at 10.30am to vote on the above. All current trustees and members as of Easter should get official notification from Rob, but this is just a head up so as you are aware.
Some of us will be staying on for lunch and it would be great if you were able to join us.
