TenSing Torbay

TenSing Torbay This is a brand new vocal youth community group!! Including...Singing, dancing, acting and live music!! and we would love to add to this number!

Everybody is welcome that has an interest in music or just simply wants to get to know people within our community :) In TenSing young people between 11 and 25 meet once a week to head towards the idea of creating a concert consisting of choir, dance, drama and a band. The show-topic is chosen by the TenSingers themselves, which can be based on any issues they find important. Anybody in the commun

ity can join and will be welcomed with open arms. The idea of a TenSing group started Norway, meaning Teenagers Singing. Since the group TenSing started in 1967 it has grown hugely and increased in popularity not only in Norway but by spreading to other countries. There are now nearly 400 groups in actions around the world!! Along with with putting on shows locally we will have the opportunity in the future to go abroad to meet with other TenSing groups and put on a huge collaborative show!!
