We have a range of chargeable services aimed to improve your employability:
We are accredited by Matrix, which means all our services are continually reviewed for accuracy and relevance, in addition to responding to customer feedback to improve services offered.
• CV compilation – Targeted CV aimed at max. 3 of your chosen job roles. Employer approved format, highly successful and current. £35
• Cover Letter Training – 1hr training session on how to write an effective cover letter to get you to interview stage. £25
• Application Form Training – 1hr training session to show you how to fill in an application form in the correct way to get to interview stage. This mainly focuses on the big white box on most application forms that ask you why you are applying for the role or why you should be considered. £25
•Confidence Building – a 1:1 appointment to learn tips and techniques (including NLP techniques) to raise your confidence and improve your motivation. £40
• Employer Perspective Training – Training to provide an employers perspective which assists in applications, interviews and reduces anxiety at interview/first days at work. £30
• Interview Technique Training – two in depth sessions on interview preparation, interview techniques , mock interview with feedback. Our interview techniques are based on NLP techniques and are very effective. We are the only company that we are aware of that offers this interview technique. £75
•Intensive Return to Work Support – 3 x 2hr sessions spaced over 3 weeks to produce a personalised development plan to enable you to achieve your goals. This includes a range of services, training and techniques (some of which are listed above) as part of the sessions. You will leave this service with a clear plan of action to achieve your goals which has been researched and personalised. £250
•NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) – £70 per hour. Amount of sessions required depends on your aims and needs, this will be determined prior to booking but could change as we explore your mind.
•CSCS cards – We offer a range of services to enable you to get the correct CSCS card for your needs/skills. Prices range from £95 for a temporary card to £350 for a 5 year card. All CSCS services come with a targeted CV, ID waiver if needed, registration with recruitment agencies, details on different payment methods in the industry and what that means to you, mock tests (as many as you need) application for card following test, test booking, Site Safety Services Course held in Exeter.
