Another beautiful day of building homes and a steam engine, a ballet performance, signs of spring, exploring the stream and working on the dam, stories, searching for frogs and a beautiful visit from kingfisher and Helen, who cooked chapatis on the fire 🌞🥰

This time last year we sewed the seeds of what would become Rame Peninsula Wild Learners on winter solstice.

So much has happened since then; a year of gathering, planning, refining and working towards our shared vision.

We have now come to the end of our first term and we couldn’t be more proud of what we have created; pure magic woven in to each day, the opportunity for all children to discover, to wonder, to create, all in nature.

We have so many success stories already this term and we can’t wait to see what the next two terms of the academic year bring and how we continue to work together to grow our visions for Rame Peninsula Wild Learners ✨

We are having an Open Day at Rame Peninsula Wild Learners next Monday 15th of December from 1.30 to 3pm.
This is a wonderful opportunity to visit our special site, meet the team and for the children to enjoy some seasonal, festive activities.

If your child is starting school in September 2026 and you would like to see your child thriving through outdoor learning with our amazing primary school teachers, Helen & Rosie, you are warmly invited to find out more about our setting. Wild Learners may be an alternative or an addition to mainstream schooling. Ages 4-8 years old.

We look forward to welcoming you to Rame Peninsula Wild Learners.

If you would like to attend, please message us directly and we will send you directions.

Best Wishes,

The Rame Peninsula Wild Learners Team

✨ Our first Wild Learners trip ✨

Yesterday our families all came together for a very magical Christmas outing to the The Eden Project Cornwall

Our ethos at Rame Peninsula Wild Learners is to weave magic and wonder into every day for our Wild Learners. To encourage curiosity, interest in the world around them and a natural love for learning and discovery.

If your child is nearing the end of pre-school/coming up to school age (4) and you’re wondering what’s next, get in touch as soon as you can to discuss joining us in 2026 as we’re filling up quickly!

PS it’s worth noting that children don’t legally have to be at school or opt for home Ed until age 5, so if your child is nearing 4 and it all feels too soon to decide on schools, don’t panic; there’s still time to find the right thing 🌟

The children recently enjoyed making these coconut bird feeders to encourage more birds and wildlife to come and visit them 🐦

They look magical twinkling in the wind ✨
