🛹 CALL FOR POP-UP STALLS!

We’re looking for local businesses, makers, traders, community groups and organisations to take a stall at the Torpoint Skatepark Fundraiser Launch.

📅 Saturday 12th September | 12-4pm
📍 Benodet Gardens, Thanckes Park

We’re especially keen to showcase local people and businesses, alongside anything that will appeal to the skate, BMX, scooter and wider Torpoint community.

Expect skating, music, food, stalls and the unveiling of the final designs for Torpoint’s new skatepark.

£10 per stall + a raffle prize donation, all supporting the fundraising campaign.

🎶 CALLING LOCAL YOUNG BANDS & MUSICIANS! 🛹

We’re looking for young bands, solo musicians and acoustic acts to volunteer a short set for our Skatepark Acoustic Sessions as part of the Torpoint Skatepark Fundraiser Launch.

📅 Saturday 12th September | 12-4pm
📍 Benodet Walled Gardens, Torpoint

We’re after chilled afternoon vibes in the Walled Gardens - live music and a great atmosphere while we launch the next stage of fundraising for Torpoint’s new skatepark.

The day will also be a chance to see the final skatepark designs, meet the designers, ride the mini half-pipe and find out how to get involved.

🚧 THE FINAL DESIGNS ARE HERE! 🛹💚

A huge thank you to Canvas Spaces for creating an incredible final design for the new Torpoint Skatepark. Working closely with our local skate and scoot community, they've helped turn everyone's ideas into a design that we can all be proud of; https://canvasspaces.co.uk/torpoint-skatepark

This isn't just a skatepark - it's a space for young people, families and the whole community to come together, be active, build confidence and create something lasting for Torpoint.

💚 We're ready to launch our fundraising campaign and make this skatepark a reality!!!

Over the coming months we'll be asking local businesses, funders, organisations and the wider community to get behind the project. Every donation, fundraiser, partnership and introduction will help bring us one step closer to breaking ground.

🛹 What a fantastic day for the Torpoint Ramps Forum team at the UK Surf & Skate Expo 2026 in Newquay!

It was brilliant meeting so many passionate people, skate brands, riders and event organisers.

We were proud to have the chance to talk about the exciting plans for Torpoint’s new Canvas Spaces skatepark, sharing the latest designs as we begin our fundraising journey. The support and encouragement we received was amazing, and it reminded us just how much energy is behind this project.

We’re going to need all the ideas, connections, supporters and fundraising help we can get over the coming months to make this skatepark a reality. So get in touch!!

A huge thank you to the UK Surf & Skate Expo organisers for generously offering us a pop-up stall and making us feel so welcome. We met some fantastic people who are excited to see Torpoint firmly on the UK skatepark map.

And finally, a massive thanks to DAn Travel - Miles That Matter - for supporting us with transport to Newquay. Your generosity helped make the day possible.
