She Pedals weekend 19th - 21st June selection of rides and coaching for women and girls thanks to our amazing team of female volunteers and coaches 💚🚴‍♀️💚

👉 Friday 19th June
🚴‍♀️45km road ride with coffee and cake included at Finzean Farm Shop. Meet at 9:30 Guide Hut, Banchory
🚴‍♀️ Girls MTB session 16:30 - 17:30 and Women and Girls MTB session 17:30 - 18:30 - meet at the car park, Banchory Woodland Trails - led by DTCC female coaches

👉 Saturday 20th June
🚴‍♀️ 200km snow roads femmes - epic road ride, meet at 6.00, Bellfield car park, Banchory
🚴‍♀️ 24km gravel ride, meet at 9:30 Guide Hut, Banchory with refreshments at Park shop, Drumoak
🚴‍♀️Girls jump jam 18:00, meet at the car park, Banchory Woodland Trails - led by DTCC female coaches

👉 Sunday 21st June
🚴‍♀️ 100km summer solstice gravel ride, meet at 7:00 Guide Hut, Banchory, cafe stops planned and option to swim in the Dee 🏊‍♀️

We’ve got our women and girls MTB sessions starting again Friday 12th June, with two more dates (19th June & 3rd July) at Banchory Woodland Trails! The girls sessions will start at 16:30 - 17:30 and the women and girls session will start at 17:30 - 18:30. The Masters Road Race Championships are back in the North East on the 27th June, with six Scottish titles to be won.

This year we've introduced a Masters 60+ category, in addition to the 40 and 50 categories in previous years.

With two races - one for Open and for Female riders - there's plenty to look forward to in Midmar next month.

Crombie XC

After being bit by the XC bug at Tarland we had a strong team of riders making the short hop down the A90 to Crombie country park for round 2 of the XC season.

In the U8s race we had Paddy (14th), Ollie (10th) & Leo Rhett (12th)!

In the U10s race we had Harrison (4th), Kith (10th) & Maddie (5th)!

Olivia came 2nd in the U12s! And finally Thomas was 3rd in the juniors!

Super impressive racing from everyone!

Amazing to have a Scottish round back in the shire Ythan Cycle Club - cycling for all!

The Suie makes a return to elite road racing, with the Suie Slog on Saturday 6 June.

Three ascents of the 2km, 8% average climb - with 1800m elevation over the 120km course.

Amazing to see two deeside alumni riders racing u19 and Zara Main u17 (as well as Olivia Poole) Tour of Flanders, we wish them the best of luck!

Our Performance team are on the ground in Oudenaarde for the Tour of Flanders Youth Day, with a Scotland team in the U17 Women's race - but there's plenty of Scottish interest on the Hellingen and Plugstraaten today.
