Our Youth and Junior coaching team have put considerable effort into supporting today’s explorr Festival event in Banchory the first of its kind up North. Great to see so many kids and riders at the event, we had winners right from the u10s to V40s! Special mention to Thomas Macrae, Ross Eastaugh, Dave Ogden and Neil Scott for being at the pointy end of the racing. 🤟🏻

Tour De 4 / Ride Deeside, socialise and raise funds

We are organising another social event next Weekend, Sunday 6th September at Banchory Lodge. This is deliberately scheduled to coincide with the Tour de 4 event organised by Sir Chris Hoy to raise money for charity, as a local alternative to those rides being held in the Central Belt.

As per April, we will have several different ride options offering Deeside’s finest gravel and road:

- 100 mile road ride
- 100km road ride
- 80km gravel
- 50km gravel

Please come along and join us for a ride and social afterwards, with teas, coffee, cake and bacon rolls provided by the club! Non club members are welcome too, so please if you aren’t busy come and join us for some awesome gravel and road! All we ask is that you make a small donation to Chris Hoy’s Tour de 4 page.

Congratulations to our youth riders racing in the British Youth Circuit Series at Wyke in Bradford. The course was fast with some technical elements including hairpins and a cobbled climb. Fantastic to see Zara take the win in her Scottish Champs jersey 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏆👏👏💚.

Special shout out to our female DTCC alumni - Melanie - Scottish Road Champion taking both the junior and female titles and Ava winning the British Junior Gravel Championship title and to Arabella as the youngest rider competing at the Tour of Britain riding for Alba 👏👏 👏

Round #4 of the 2026 Scottish Downhill race series and Scottish Championships, hosted at Glencoe Mountain Resort. Fantastic representation from the club with youth and coaches competing on a very fast dusty rocky roller-coaster track.

Special mention to Molly - our first ever juvenile female DH Scottish Champion 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏆👏👏👏
