Come join us! Roller skating is the perfect antidote to stress, releasing those endorphins, and a great chance to make new friends. It also helps build stronger muscles and helps develop better balance. Get some pads and wrist guards on for protection and you are good to go. It’s a win, win for physical and mental health.
