🌟 We’re hiring — Service Manager, Home-Start Lorn

We support families with young children across Oban, Lorn and Mull — and we’re looking for an exceptional leader to take us through the next chapter.

This is a role for someone who can do two things well: lead a skilled, values-driven team delivering real change for families, and secure the funding and commissioner relationships that make our work sustainable.

If you have a track record in income generation — trust fundraising, statutory commissioning, or both — and you know Scotland’s children and families policy landscape, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Oban (Family Centre) with regular travel to Mull

⏰ Full time, 35 hours

💰 Salary: £40,764 - £44,082

Informal conversations very welcome. Find out more or apply, email Rebecca on [email protected] for an application pack.
