Sunningmead Community Centre is a large, busy and vibrant community centre located in the market town Tiverton, in Mid Devon. The centre provides a wide range of facilities, activities, entertainment, services, training and leisure opportunities to the local area. These include toddler groups, art club, weightlifting, youth club and bingo. We have rooms to hire for children's parties and more. The

centre is generally open 7 days a week for activities. Our office is open 9.30 to 3 - 4pm, Mon - Fri. Sunningmead Community Centre is a registered charity. It is owned and managed by Sunningmead Community Association, whose membership primarily consists of residents from Wilcombe and Tidcombe areas of the town in Cranmore Ward, as well as associate members from the wider area of Tiverton.

Mid Devon Wildlife will have a stand at this event. Come and say hello,
learn about hedgehogs, find out how to identify lichen and take part in our birdsong competition. Find out what MDW get up to.

During the morning 10.30 - 12.30 we will also have an activity for children to make bird feeders from pine cones.

We are delighted to share that, from Monday 1st June, a new Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi class will be starting at Sunningmead Community Centre.

Tai Chi, often described as “meditation in motion”, is a low-impact, slow and gentle form of exercise that offers significant physical and mental wellbeing benefits. All ages and abilities are welcome.
