Our next Grief Cafe is running on Wednesday, 28th October

Death touches all of our lives. While it can feel uncomfortable to think or talk about it, it also has the power to bring us together. It’s one of the few experiences we all share in some way. By sharing our stories, how we coped, or sometimes didn’t, we can offer comfort and connection to others.

With delicious tea, coffee, and most importantly, cake, David creates a welcoming space where you can talk openly about death and dying.

Join us from 10 am - 11:30 am

Join our Compassionate Conversations Group this Friday, 10:30 am to 12:00 pm

A safe space for anyone who is living with grief and would like to be around people who may understand. You are welcome to talk as much or as little as you like, and will be guided by the lovely Jean and Rabia, who run the group.

Want time to settle in beforehand? You are also welcome to join the Community Cuppa before the group starts for free tea and toast. It's a lovely way to get comfortable before we begin.
