Timsbury Women's Institute usually meet on the first Thursday of each month at the Conygre Hall 7.30 Timsbury WI was founded in 1945.

In 2015 we celebrate our 70th birthday and also the centenary of the national Women's Institutes. Our aim is to inspire women of all ages and backgrounds - to make new friends, learn new skills and to 'make a difference' in our own community and nationally. WI has a long history of campaigning on issues of national importance and is the largest women's organisation in the UK.

Just watching Home Fires again on U&DRAMA, just as good as first time around, well worth it. WI in wartime Britain acting together to do their bit helping the community. WI in 2025 might have modernised but still at the heart of community helping whenever we can.
