Befriending Caithness is at the hall on the third Monday of every month - they were our first regular group at the hall once we opened properly after covid and we're delighted that they're still coming five years later!

Caithness Citizens Advice Bureau is starting a monthly outreach hub at the hall - the first one is next Thursday and they'll be here on the last Thursday of every month going forward.

Yoga & pilates is such a great combination! After working a body area through pilates, we stretch it out bringing strength, flexibility and toning up our bodies. This combination works wonders on our deeper muscles as well, bringing more support to our bodies joints and supporting our bodies structure. Our physical bodies do so much to support us, so give your body a bit of love and gratitude back. 🙏

On 2nd and 3rd February UHI is holding an introduction to peatland restoration course at the hall - please book using the link in the original post if interested :)

This 2 day course will give you an overview on the make up and ecology of Peatlands and the theory behind restoration techniques needed.
