Benfleet & Canvey Let's Keep Moving CIC We are a FREE to attend social group promoting "getting active". We meet weekly to discuss what's on in our community, how to have a healthy, active lifestyle .

25 mins of low impact exercise. We now offer a 3rd FREE circuit training class.

I struggle going up and down stairs - I'm buying a bungalow
I struggle carrying my shopping - I'm chosing home delivery
I keep falling over - I've stopped going for long walks
I need the toilet a lot - I've stopped going on long journeys
The solution should have been:
I've joined a fitness class that works on my aerobic stamina and strength
