Hi everyone,

I’m helping with Thringstone Carnival on 20th June and we’re looking for raffle prizes and donations for our bottle stall.

If you have any unwanted gifts, gift sets, vouchers, or anything suitable for a raffle that you’d be willing to donate, we’d be very grateful. We’re also collecting bottles for the bottle stall – anything from water, squash, sauces and soft drinks to wine, spirits, perfume, or toiletries.

All proceeds from the carnival will go to support Bright Hope Hospice.

If you’d like to donate something, please let me know. Every contribution, big or small, will help make a difference.

20 June sees Thringstone Carnival at Thringstone Miners Social Centre. Gates open at 12 noon until 5pm and we have lots to see and do for all the family.
Thanks to help from a host of local sponsors, and a grant from NWLDC, there will be
Three different bouncy castles, games, a face painter, ice cream van, fire engine
Live music including a band and solo artist
Some brilliant young dancers
A story teller
PLUS lots of stalls of all types, fresh food sales, and the bar will be open.
We will also have a raffle with some brilliant prizes, and a fancy dress competition with prizes!
Come along and enjoy the fun.
Free entry.
All monies made after costs will be given to Bright Hope Hospice.
