At 2nd Thrapston Scout Group, our membership is growing across all sections, and we are close to reaching capacity with our current team of volunteers. To offer more places to local children, we are looking for additional adult volunteers.
Meeting times and age groups:
Beavers (ages 6–8): Monday, 6:15pm – 7:30pm
Cubs (ages 8–10.5): Wednesday, 6:30pm – 7:45pm
Scouts (ages 10–14): Wednesday, 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Squirrels (ages 4–6, launching September): Monday, 5:15pm – 6:15pm
All sections meet at Thrapston Primary School.
To continue welcoming more young people, we need volunteers to support these sections. Volunteering is flexible—you can help every week, once a month, or on an occasional basis to suit your availability.
We are also seeking one or two adult trustees to join our trustee board.
