For those of you about to fill in your Annual Return to the Charity Commission, you may be in for a shock. The Commission has produced a new version which asks a lot more questions than the previous form. The attached download contains the amendments and it is worth looking at this now, in case it takes you time to find the relevant information. It will not affect very small charities and some of the questions will not become compulsory until 2019.
