Sound on 🔊 This is why we do what we do! The joy the children bring to the room at a disco is not able to be put into words, singing their little hearts out and having the best time! Makes the long nights of prep and the cleanup of chaos after the event totally worth it. See you at the next one!

🎃👻 HALLOWEEN DISCO HELPERS NEEDED! 👻🎃
FOS are running our Halloween Disco on Wednesday 21st October and we need some amazing volunteers to help make it a spooktacular evening for the children! 🕷️🕸️🎶
🧙‍♀️ Years 1 & 2: 4.15pm – 5.15pm
🧛 Years 3, 4, 5 & 6: 5.30pm – 6.30pm
We need helpers for all sorts of jobs — whether you fancy: 🍬 Running the tuck shop
💃 Getting involved with the dancing
🎃 Helping the children
🚪 Door monitoring
🕷️ Keeping an eye on things
👻 Or simply helping wherever needed!
Fancy dress is completely optional… although we definitely won’t say no to a few spooky costumes! 👻😂
You don’t need to be a professional dancer, disco expert or Halloween enthusiast — we have a job for everyone! 🧡
If you can spare your time and help us make the evening fun and memorable for the children, we would be so grateful! 🎃
Please let us know if you can help! 🧙‍♀️

🪄✨️ Magic Pending!
Nursery and Reception children are invited to watch Mr Muddle at 3.30pm on Tuesday 6th October in Mapledurham Hall.
This is a welcome to the school event put on by Friends of Spurcroft PTA 🤗
Years 1-6 will have their halloween disco, but for EYFS this can be a bit overwhelming in their first term (plus it can be a bit spooky) so they have their very own show instead - they will be included in the next disco event once they are more settled ❤️

That was ROARsome! Thank you everybody who came along to raise valuable funds for the PTA and the school. We hope you all had a great time and enjoyed everything we had to offer.
A lot of planning, a lot of late nights crafting and for 2 hours of fun-packed fayre, an 8 hour day for some of us 😂 We cannot express in words how truly grateful we are for volunteers because these events simply couldn't happen without them.A fantastic 1st Summer Fayre for the new FOS team and an amazing go out with a bang for Mrs Flowerdew's last Summer Fayre with us 🫶 As always though, we would love to hear your feedback ✍️
