Thame Rotary is a progressive, project-based, local community club, with multi-generational appeal, from the age of 18 till the young at heart.

If you want to join us, please send us a Messenger message. The Rotary Club of Thame was chartered on 7th October 1968. We are a group of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Our Rotary members are enthusiastic, fun-loving and active volunteers who give their time and talents to serve communities both at home and overseas. We are for communities!

ROTARY BBQ AT THE THAME SPORTIVE EVENT🍔🌭

Good luck to everyone taking part in the Thame Sportive this weekend!

To help keep riders, friends, family, and supporters well fuelled, Rotary will be running a BBQ throughout the event from 11am.

We'll have plenty of freshly cooked sausages, hot dogs, and burgers sizzling on the grill, all available at reasonable. We'd love to see you there!

What a load of rubbish! Literally!

Thanks to our Thame Rotary members, and kind volunteers from the public, this rubbish was collected off the streets of Thame this morning.

Next date for collection will be Saturday 23rd May. Anyone can join, and equipment will be provided. Get in touch if you'd like to join us.

Keep Thame beautiful - Join a Thame litter pick!

Thame Rotary are working in collaboration with Thame Town Council, and other volunteers, to make our environment more community friendly.

If you would like to get involved; wishing to mix volunteering whilst socialising - join us on the following dates, for approximately one hour. You will be making a difference 👏💪❤️

Meeting point Thame Town Hall, at 10.15am. Equipment will be provided.

We had a great conclusion yesterday to our community litter picking week.

We managed to cover most estates in Thame together with the Phoenix Trail and parts of some industrial estates.

Regular 1 hour Saturday morning litter picks are planned for 25th April, 23rd May, 27th June and 25th July.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Thame Rotary swimathon! 👏

A great day, with wonderful teams, all enjoying themselves, whilst raising funds and supporting their local community.

Thame Leisure Centre and Lucy Electric kindly sponsored this event. Without their support this event wouldn't be possible. The Inner Wheel Club of Thame - District 9 made some delicious refreshments, a real reward after all those laps!

It's Thame Rotary's big fundraising event the swimathon, this weekend Sunday 1st March. Thanks to the sponsorship of Lucy Electric and Thame Leisure Centre, this event can take place! 👏

Our swimathon will benefit local schools and charities by providing much needed funds. We have 150 swimmers, and 25 teams taking part!

Four of our Thame Rotary members spent time this morning litter picking parts of Thame Park Road, Wenman Road and Park Street.
It's a new initiative in association with Thame Town Council.

It was Volunteer Day today at Thame Town Hall. We met some fabulous people interested in joining our friendly group, Thame Rotary. Thank you for spending the time talking to us.

Anyone who missed this opportunity, don't worry! You can contact our Membership Secretary Peter Hook; as per his contact card shown. We'd be delighted to meet you on a prearranged Saturday morning over coffee, with other interested, potential members. You'll hear about our fundraising for local charities, or social events, also meeting some of our friendly team.
