Our hedgehogs are eating us out of house and home! 🫣🦔

We're putting out another little plea to our wonderful supporters, as our supplies of tinned dog and cat food are running very low!

We currently have lots of hungry mouths to feed, including plenty of Britains favourite mammal 🦔.

We've updated our Amazon Wishlist with the food we desperately need, and we'd be incredibly grateful if anyone could spare a tin or two.

🛒 You can find our wishlist here:

Every single tin makes a difference, helping us keep our prickly patients well-fed as they recover and prepare for their eventual return to the wild.

Thank you, as always, for being there when we need you. We really couldn't do what we do without your kindness and generosity! 💚

Back to the wild, where he belongs!🥰

Yesterday, we introduced you to this handsome male roe deer who arrived in our care following a road traffic accident.

Despite suffering head trauma, a swollen eye socket and some grazing to his nose, he was incredibly lucky to have escaped without any fractures.

After receiving treatment and some much-needed time to recover, we're delighted to share the moment he was given his freedom once again! 🥹🌿

And as you can see, he certainly didn't need telling twice! 💨

These are the moments that make everything we do worthwhile. And you can help more deer like this handsome boy.

By adopting a deer, you'll be helping us provide vital care, treatment and rehabilitation to sick, injured and orphaned wildlife, giving more animals the chance to return to the wild.

Run free, handsome boy! 🌿🦌

This male roe deer arrived with us earlier this month after sadly being clipped by a car.

On admission, he had a small amount of blood and grazing around his nose, along with swelling around one eye socket. But, we were relieved to find that, despite the impact, he had suffered no fractures and was still able to stand.

Our team began treating him for head trauma, giving him the care, medication and time he needed to recover from his ordeal.

Road traffic accidents can cause devastating injuries to wildlife, so this lovely boy was incredibly fortunate to have escaped without any broken bones.

Come back tomorrow to watch the wonderful moment he returns to the wild, exactly where he belongs! 🦌🥰

Back where he belongs…🥰🦡

After finding himself caught in plastic netting, this handsome adult badger was brought into our care. In addition to his entanglement, he arrived with terrirotial bite wounds to his rump and left ear.

But, he was in the right place for some much-needed time to recover. After a couple of weeks he was making excellent progress, with his wounds now only superficial and remaining in captivity understandably stressful, our team made the decision that the best thing for his continued recovery was to give him back his freedom. 🥹

And as you can see from the video, he certainly wasn't hanging around! 🦡💨

Could you help our next badger?🦡

By adopting a badger, you'll be helping us continue providing specialist care, treatment and rehabilitation to badgers just like this one, giving them the best possible chance of returning to the wild.
