Due to ongoing issues with young adult birthday parties we are no longer taking bookings for party's like 16th, 18th and 21st...despite strict instructions and rules we put in place we are constantly let down by customers and its not fair when we try to keep a beautiful setting for your events.

Recently we've had rubbish left everywhere on numerous occasions, vomit to clean up, Food thrown everywhere, table cloths burnt.

So unfortunately we won't be accepting these for future bookings.

Hiya guys...just a quick reminder about hire times. More recently people are not turning up and vacating at the set times. This then sets us back for the next party. Please do not invite your guests at your start of hire time. You need an hour to set up and sort your food etc and then ideally your party can start. We are happy to extend your hire with prior notice. Thanks in advance. X
