So what is our True to Tetbury campaign all about? Well, it’s not a political party. It’s a plan to give us our Voice back Its diverse group of residents committed to representing the community as independent Councillors. The more people who come on board, the more we will achieve, A future in which our voice will truly be heard
This is not a party political broadcast this is a collective group of individuals who are all independent. in fact this is how a council should work a group of independent locals who get together with information from the town and do their best to implement what is needed, and the only way you can do that is to actually listen to the challenges we face that still exist, and when trying to solve them for you, we’re going to solve them with you as committed residents.
Even if you think it’s a waste of time, VOTE! In the past, so many of us have not actually got as far as the polling Station because we perceive our constituency as a safe seat, and feel that our one vote would make no difference. Tell all your friends (who also think their vote would be wasted)
Don’t worry about which political party you’re voting for, look for the person who will actually listen to your views, and represent you, and our town. We are talking about a commitment from Councillors who will represent and vote according to their constituents’ wishes and their moral conscience, rather than what their party tell them to do. the tail should never wag the dog!
