In a unique personal experiment, Daniel Webb decided to store all the plastic waste he threw in the bin for 12 months, which amounted to 22 bin bags. He then used the plastic to create a giant mural. Motivated by plastic pollution and wanting to dig deeper into murky national recycling figures, he launched a personal investigation to understand exactly what he throws away and where it ends up.

Daniel is presenting a talk and short film about this on Thursday 7th Feb 7.30pm at The Shakespeare Pub, Bridgnorth.

Hey guys! Amazing how quickly this page is growing. I thought I’d make a small stool using the Triangle modular design out of 12 eco bricks. This is a great item as it can be used as a stool for now, but also can be used as a large building module towards a bigger thing later on. Eg, a bench low wall, flower bed or anything really. I will cover my stool in a pretty piece of fabric while in use I think. It was very easy to do, and really is quite solid!
Great work everyone, I can see many bricks being made in the community. 👌
