If you are dealing with cancer in Telford we invite you to meet others who understand what you are goibg through a one of our meets this month. No need to book just come along.
Thursday 11th June 12pm at Beefeater for lunch.
Friday 19th at Telford Golf club and Spa health club lounge for a coffee and if you would like a complemtary swim.
Tuesday 30th June main meeting 11-1pm at Hazeldine House top floor.

The next Living Well Session will be held at Telford Fire Station on the Tuesday 2nd June, 10am to 3pm.

This relaxed, non-clinical, information session covers fatigue, physical activity, emotional wellbeing, and nutrition. Delivered and supported by the Personalised Care Team from Shrewsbury and Telford hospital and volunteers with lived experience, the session allows you time to share your experiences and listen to others. As well as these topics, we also talk about services that may be of a benefit to you.

The day is free to attend and a light lunch is included.

Our meets for May are as follows:
Thursday 14th at beefeater for lunch from 12pm Friday 22nd at Telford golf and spa lounge bar from 12pm and if you can and want to you can go for a complementary swim. Our main meet is 26th at top floor of Hazeldine House. Hope you can make one of these and please pass on if you know someone dealing with cancer in the Telford area.

👏🏼Thank you to everyone who came along and had a go on our tombola at St George’s Primary school today and helped us raise £266.97 for our cancer support group in Telford. A huge thank you to our members Clive, Steve, Alan, Karen, Sharon, Debbie and Amy for all your efforts today 👏🏼

A great new free dance class for anyone dealing with cancer at Admaston House Community Centre starting 7th May (8 week course). 1:30pm – 2:30pm. Please contact directly if you are interested.
