Excellent Pre-Grading Course

Our dojo had the privilege of a United Kingdom Aikikai pre-grading course. Funded by the UKA and free to all UKA members, these courses provide an invaluable opportunity for grading candidates and instructors to work together in preparation for upcoming gradings.

We welcomed a large number of candidates today, ranging from kyu grades through to 4th Dan, creating a positive and productive training atmosphere.

A special thank you to the senior grades who generously shared their knowledge and experience, offering guidance and support to candidates throughout the day.

A successful UKA Winter Course with guest instructor Ryuji Shirakawa Shihan.

Every one from the dojo did themselves proud, a special moment with Marlena Szymaniuk collecting her well deserved grading certificate. And a very proud moment with Robyn Phillips not only taking ukemi for Shirakawa Shihan. It demonstrating too, she did great!
