d move on flats. Woodlands View is funded through the Local Authority. We see young people as the experts in what they want to achieve and how to go about this. Through a person-centred approach we support our customers to enable them to increase the control they have within their lives and help them create a vision for their future. We will put together a plan to support in achieving the objectives identified by the assessment of needs. Customers have support plans based on up-to-date assessments of need which put the customers views at the centre and are managed by skilled staff. Our support will help to:
