‘Some patients have as much as a 96% of finding a stem cell match. However, because minorities make up a smaller percentage of the population, they have a lower likelihood of finding a matching donor. In fact, less than 20% of black patients find a donor. Mixed race patients have an even smaller likelihood. ‘
We need your support to give each Blood Cancer patient the equal chance of finding a lifesaving match.

What a fabulous day yesterday! 🥰Thank you to everyone who attended our annual ‘Remembering Khaleel’ event. Every year gets better and better and this wouldn’t be a success without all of your support.
A huge thank you to Amy and Pal for allowing us to hold the event every year at the Tap and barrel trench trench and also for their kind £100 donation.
The event wouldn’t take place if I didn’t have great family and friends so a big thank you to my volunteers for their continued support, Kym, Lee, Alex, Amelie and Laura Deighton’s dance group for putting on the entertainment for free I’m truly grateful 🥰 Thanks to Laura for supplying Sonic.
We raised a cracking £844 🎉❤️ This will go towards helping us continue our work to find life saving matches 🙌🏻

Our first corporate event back in June at Lyreco UK, Donnington was a real success that they have invited us back in September to sign up more of their employees to the stem cell register 🎉
We are extremely happy to have a great company support us! Thank you Jemma Gojka and Shawn Hammond 😊

We still have over 2000 people in the UK still waiting a life saving match.
