🌱 Roots & Rise is coming this September 🌱
Becoming a parent can be amazing, but it can also feel overwhelming at times.
That’s why we’re launching Roots & Rise, a free wellbeing programme for parents-to-be and parents with children under two years old.
Over six supportive sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other parents, learn practical coping tools, build confidence, and take some time to focus on you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, just a safe, supportive space to be yourself.
