Albemarle Life Skills Albemarle supports vulnerable adults in the Taunton Community with supported living services based out of our community at conference centre.

Created as a safe social haven with social housing in the early 1980s for vulnerable people, the Albemarle Centre is currently modernising some of it's services. While our core charitable aim of being that "safe, social haven" will never change, we are now embarking on new ventures to benefit the people we help. As a training provider with accredited and non-accredited courses available, supportring people into employment and providing a range of services, seven days a week, day times and evenings, we hope to continue to help people towards greater independence.

Volunteers Week is a special annual celebration that shines a light on the remarkable contributions made by volunteers across the United Kingdom.

Here at the Albemarle, we are taking this opportunity to recognise, appreciate, and thank two of our wonderful volunteers who generously give their time to help others and support our Charity.

Paul does a remarkable job keeping the Centre clean every week. He works incredibly hard and always has a smile on his face. Thank you, Paul!

Angie works tirelessly in the garden, potting plants and helping to make our outdoor space bright, welcoming, and cheerful. Thank you, Angie!

Paul and Angie were presented with recognition certificates by our Community Outreach Manager, Mandy Pope, in appreciation of their dedication and hard work.
