I love Pilates and I love teaching it…why?
It’s a low impact form of exercise that can help improve core stability, balance, flexility, mobility and overall strength. Mental wellbeing is also a huge benefit of coming.
With consistency, amazing results can be achieved!
So come and join me in my pilates classes that are run in Crowcombe, Stogumber and Monksilver!
I have a few daytime spaces left (various times and venues) and a few TUESDAY EVENING SPACES TOO. These evening spaces come about very rarely so if you’re thinking about coming then give me a ring and we can have a quick chat about how Pilates may benefit you!
If you are experienced in Pilates and fit and well then I also have an intermediate class on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm and a Friday morning at 9am.
