Taunton 5k Your Way is a community-based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a local 5k Your Way parkrun event.

The 5kyourway team are putting on a "Move Your Way" session tonight - Weds 28th September at 18:30 with two of theircancer rehab instructors (and 5KYW ambassadors!), Sophie and Beth.
It is a body weight exercise session, with the option of using a seat, and the option to use some light weights too.

A bodyweight exercise session for all levels and abilities.
