FSG is a fitness & Social group but running has been a big factor that bonded us as all together, it's formed amazing friendships, created memories/laughs & helped to push ourselves out of our comfort zone to take on new challenges, to reach new achievements!

So if your either into short distances or long, your a new runner or experienced!!! This day is for us all! ❤️

Such a great event to be apart of & we can't wait to run the course again, share the experience with so many others & more importantly to have a good time & laugh during it!

We are exicited to be taking part in Cathedral to Castle Run, definitely one of the favourites for FSG!
