We are the friendly, committed bunch here at TOP and we’re working hard at the house to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

“I've stayed in campsites all over the UK for Duke of Edinburgh trips and this is by far my favourite. It’s a lovely location for hikes and a lovely spot for camping, but having access to the main house for staff and emergencies makes it a much more pleasant and simple experience. The team at the YMCA have always been incredibly accommodating and flexible of our needs, including allowing us to leave equipment or check in and out at convenient times. The students love the play area and the nature walk also as well as the campfire area."

So happy to share this lovely review from the St Mary's Church Youth Group, Reigate. We love that this lovely house brings such joy!

"We had a brilliant weekend. The Old Pheasantry is a remarkable place - we loved walking out on to the hills, we walked for hours - lots of brilliant conversations with young people. The kitchen had everything we needed (not always the case!) and the lounges/bedrooms were cosy and comfy.

Lots of memories made! We hope to be back again!"

It was lovely to have such wonderful feed back from the 6th Sutton Guides group who stayed with us last weekend.
They really made the most of the grounds and facilities and turned the house in a beautiful Valentine’s grotto!

We are looking forward to seeing them all back again in December. Thanks for being such lovely guests.
